Customer returns to Bianchi Honda for 6th Honda Si
When Chad Martini walked into the Bianchi Honda showroom in early August to purchase his brand new 2014 Honda Civic Si, he knew exactly what to do. In fact, he had done this many times before, and his sales consultant, Bill Donor, knew the reason for his visit to our dealership. Chad was ready to purchase his sixth Civic Si from Bianchi Honda.
“I love the handling, the power, and the looks,” said Chad, who has also owned a 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Si.

For the third time in four years, the Honda brand leads all non-luxury automotive brands in the Edmunds.com 2014 Best Retained Value Brand Awards, with the highest projected residual value after five years.
The Honda brand won the 2014 award with a projected residual value of 50.1% as the highest ranked non-luxury brand, while the 2014 Honda Civic and Odyssey earned 2014 Best Retained Value vehicle award in the Compact Sedan and Minivan segments, respectively.
"Honda's industry leading quality, reliability, and durability, along with our focus on individual customers as opposed to fleet business, has again put Honda in the lead with respect to long-term value," said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda Division. "This is
indicative of our commitment to protect our customers investments and another
reason why buying a Honda is always a smart choice."
Honda maintains the highest percentage of sales to individual customers among all non-luxury brands, eschewing bulk sales to government and corporate fleets. For the first quarter of 2014, four Honda models – the Accord, Civic, CR-V and Odyssey – led their respective segments in retail registrations, according to the latest available new-vehicle registration data from IHS Automotive.

Meet Bianchi Honda New Car Sales Consultant, Dan Milhisler
We recently sat down with Dan and learned a little about him.
Q. Tell us a little about yourself.
A. I was born and raised in Erie, PA. I attended Cathedral Prep High School where I played football, wrestled, and was a member of the track and field team. I have an 8-year-old daughter named Savannah who is in third grade at Blessed Sacrament.
Q. What do you enjoy most about your position at Bianchi Honda? What are your current duties?
A. I am in the Sales Department here at Bianchi. I enjoy coming to work each day because of the people. I am proud to sell vehicles to my friends, family, and the new folks I meet along the way.
Q. What’s something about you most people don’t know?
A. People may not know that I have owned Zoom-N-Groom, a mobile pet grooming business, here in Erie for the past seven years.
Q. What do you enjoy spending time doing outside of work?
A. Outside of work, I spend some of my time volunteering at my daughter’s school as a Blessed Sacrament Usher, which is like a booster club. We raise money for the Parish, including the sports program. My English bulldogs, Puck and Bubbles, are the mascots too!
Q. What makes you proud?
A. It makes me proud to live by the Golden Rule, treating people how I’d like to be treated. I try to instill that in my daughter and to always keep a positive attitude. The glass half full!
Q. What is your favorite season and why?
A. Fall, simply because of FOOTBALL! Go Cowboys! I’ve also coached at the grade school and high school levels for nine years.

You don’t need a full week and a lot of money to get out of town for a few days. There are many attractions and things to do within a short drive from Erie.
Ohio: Located in Ashtabula and on the shores of Lake Erie, Geneva on the Lake offers arcades, live music and entertainment, wineries, shopping, fishing, camping and golfing.
You can also take a trip to Ohio Amish Country in Geauga County, the 4th largest Amish settlement in the world. You’ll find some of the best places for dining, lodging, shopping, parks, recreation, art, historical sites, and entertainment.
New York: Chautauqua Institution’s amphitheater offers a symphony orchestra, opera, dance/ballet, and theatrical performances. The institute also houses two galleries showcasing professional and student exhibits.
Ellicottville’s Holiday Valley offers skiing, snowboarding, spa, golfing, the Sky High Adventure Park and Mountain Coaster. Nearby is the Ellicottville Brewing Company, as well as many unique restaurants and shopping boutiques.
Pennsylvania: In Bradford, explore the Zippo/Case Museum, which houses the Zippo Repair Clinic and Zippo/Case Store. You can also enjoy a self-guided tour to learn the rich history of two American icons.
The Allegheny Reservoir/Kinzua Lake and surrounding area provides a variety of recreational activities such as camping, hiking, snowmobiling and boating. There are also several scenic overlooks with miles of hiking trails along the reservoir.

Bianchi Honda congratulates newlyweds
Bianchi Honda would like to send our congratulations to new car sales consultant Chris Strong and his new wife Michelle, as well as pre-owned sales consultant Jordon West and his new wife Melissa.
Mr. and Mrs. West exchanged vows in Erie, PA on Sept. 7, 2014 on Beach 9 at Presque Isle State Park in the company of their family and friends. They continued to celebrate at their reception at Nick’s Place. The newlyweds went on a cruise to Caymen Islands and Cozumel, Mexico for their honeymoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Strong were married Friday, Sept. 5 in Riviera Maya, Mexico, where they also spent their honeymoon.
